Cascade Winter Sports Club is a 501c3 non-profit youth charity organization commited to the development of elite level ski racers within the US Ski Team's athletic training pipeline. Our Club depends on fundraising events and generous support of our donors and sponsors to provide the training programs that our athletes depend on.
We invite our athletes, athlete families and team friends to consider contributing to CWSC either by participating in one of our many fund raisers or direct financial contributions through our sponsorship and general membership program. Below are just a sampling of many of our fundraising projects throughout the year.
Racer Ski Swap
CWSC hosts a Team Racer Ski Swap and Equipment Night the first weekend of October. This is an opportunity for local racers and team members to find gently used equipment at great prices. This coming season swap will be October 3rd and 4th, 2014. Mark your calendar today!
Wine Give-a-Way
An opportunity to win an exquisite bottle to add to your wine collection occurs in July with a drawing of our contributing members. Each donor's name is added to a drawing. This last year's winners enjoyed one of two very collectible magnums of either Chateau Mouton Rothschild or Chateau Lynch Bages, each valued at nearly $1000. It pays to be a contributing donor!
Spring Flower Basket Sale
Each Spring, in time for Mother's Day, CWSC offers for sale extraordinary hanging flower baskets. These are large baskets that put the big box store's baskets to shame. Baskets sell for $25. Pre-order your baskets here.

Powder Cat Skiing Trip

Annual Ski-a-Thon
Each Spring our athletes will generate funds for the team through our annual Ski-a-Thon. Much like a jog-a-thon, athletes will gather pledges from friends, family and neighbors for a total number of runs during their training session.
