Paul Tollefson was born onto a large Western Oregon cattle ranch in Oakland, Oregon. After the 1960 Winter Olympics, his family migrated north from Squaw Valley, California to Oakland where they established an Oregon landmark restaurant where Paul's interactions with customers began at a very early age. Following in the path of his father, Paul traveled the globe ski racing and pursuing his own Olympic dreams. He finds the Olympic spirit is a family value that guides his pursuit of excellence in every interaction.

 

Paul has over 35 years of excellence in customer service within financial service industry,  hospitality, and non-profit organizations. He has mentored, partnered and coached leaders in business and sport, from Olympians to CEO's of companies with $1B in earnings. He loves the opportunity to bring his coaching background to help support his clients craft sound decisions to support their short and long-term financial goals.

When not working, Paul enjoys a West Coast lifestyle and time with his three daughters. He is passionate about cooking, skiing, the outdoors and is never more than 15ft away from his mandolin.
